Supply Mode: All gowns are sold on pre-order with no ready stock. Production initiates upon payment. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from business days. Production lead time extends to 20-30 business days during wedding and Western holiday peak seasons.

 

Transit Period: International shipping lasts 7-15 business days post dispatch. Slight delays may occur due to customs clearance and logistics peak periods.

 

Order Suggestion: Orders for weddings, proms and banquets shall be placed 40 days in advance. Contact support for paid expedited production for urgent demands.

 

Return Policy: Returns & exchanges are only acceptable for quality defects. Cancellations are unavailable once fabric cutting commences.
